Branding & Design

B2B branding and design systems built to be reused

B2B branding that goes beyond the logo file. We shape your brand, design the whole look and build the templates your sales team, agencies and automations use every day. Our senior designers make sure nothing drifts off brand.

01The challenge

Why B2B branding falls apart after launch

Most brand projects end with a logo, a color palette and a PDF of rules. Six months later, every department is making its own version of the brand.

Sales builds its own decks

Reps copy old presentations, paste in screenshots and stretch the logo. What buyers see in a procurement review looks nothing like your website.

Every new piece starts from a blank page

There are no working templates. So a simple case study or trade show banner becomes a design request, a queue and a two-week wait. Your team waits or makes do.

The brand doesn't fit automation

Your brand rules were written for people with design software. When you automate social posts, emails or reports, nobody knows what can change and what must stay. So automated pieces look generic.

A system gives every team, and every automation, a safe way to make new pieces.
02What you get

What we design for you

Hire us for the whole system or just one layer. Everything comes in editable source files that your team owns.

Finished piecesWhat buyers see in the market
Each layer follows the rules of the one below it, so a change at the base flows into every template.

Brand strategy

Who you serve, what you promise, how you sound and how design helps the sale. This becomes the brief for every creative decision after.

  • Brand basics and personality
  • Voice and tone guide
  • Names and structure for your products

Logo and visual identity

A logo designed for real use, from an app icon to a trade show wall. Plus the rules for colors, fonts, icons and images around it.

  • Main and secondary logo versions
  • Colors and fonts that are easy to read
  • Direction for photos and illustrations

Brand guidelines

Practical rules with right and wrong examples. We build them as a web page or a short PDF, so people actually read them.

  • Usage rules with examples
  • Rules for working with partners
  • White-label versions for partner channels

Sales materials and templates

Pitch decks, one-pagers, case study layouts, proposal and RFP templates, email signatures and social templates. Your team fills them in instead of redesigning them.

  • Presentation and proposal templates
  • Case study and one-pager layouts
  • Social and email templates

Packaging and print

Packaging, labels, signs, trade show booths and printed materials, prepared to printer specs. English and French versions where needed.

  • Packaging and label designs
  • Event and trade show graphics
  • Print-ready files with proofs

Motion graphics

An animated logo, transitions, name captions and short social video templates. Your videos and presentations carry the same look.

  • Logo animation, intro and outro
  • Video templates for social
  • Explainer and product animation
03Why IN-STORE

Design built for automation

IN-STORE is also a business automation agency. So we design brands knowing software will fill them in, not just people. That changes how we build templates. Our designers and our automation engineers work side by side, so the templates hold up when a workflow fills them in at volume.

Content sourceA blog post, CRM record or product list supplies text and data
The automation brings the content. The template brings the brand. Neither can break the other.

Locked areas and fill-in fields

Every template marks what stays fixed, like logo position, margins and colors, and what can change, like the headline, photo, number or call to action. Automations only touch the fill-in fields.

Building blocks, not one-off layouts

Headers, quote cards, number blocks and photo frames are built once and reused in decks, web pages, social images and reports. A brand update is one change.

Ready for your content pipeline

Templates plug into automated content pipelines that make social posts, blog images and client reports. That includes the pipeline behind our own STOREKEEPER platform.

Partner and white-label versions

If you sell through partners or offer white-label products, the system includes rules and versions for co-branded and partner-branded work.

04Outcomes

What your team gains

A brand system pays for itself every time someone makes something without waiting for a designer or guessing at the rules.

The same brand everywhere buyers look

From the first ad to the final proposal in a procurement review, buyers see one company with one standard of quality.

Faster production

Sales and marketing make routine pieces themselves from templates. Your design budget goes to work that really needs a designer.

Lower agency and vendor costs

Every new vendor gets the same building blocks and rules. Briefing is shorter and there is less rework.

Automation that looks designed

Automated social posts, emails and reports look designed, because they use the same building blocks as everything else.

05How it works

How a branding project runs

We work in clear steps, with sign-off at each one. The people who need to approve see decisions while they are still easy to change.

ReviewCurrent materials, competitors and interviews
Sign-off at every step keeps everyone who needs a say on the same page.
  1. Look at what you have

We review your current materials, competitors and positioning. We also talk to people in sales, marketing and leadership.

  2. Strategy and direction

We agree on the brand basics. Then our Head of Marketing presents two or three creative directions, shown on real formats like a deck slide, a web page and a social post.

  3. Design the identity

The chosen direction becomes a full system: logo versions, colors, fonts, images, icons and layout rules.

  4. Templates and building blocks

We build the library and the templates your teams and automations need. Then we test them with real content.

  5. Rollout and training

We hand over the source files and rules, train your team on the templates and help during the first weeks.

FAQQuestions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a full rebrand, or can you refresh what we have?

Often a refresh is enough. If your name and logo are still well known, we keep what works, fix problems with readability and consistency, and put the effort into templates and rules. We only suggest a full rebrand when your current look actively works against your positioning, for example after a merger or a move up to larger enterprise accounts.

What does "built for automation" mean in practice?

Each template marks which parts are locked and which can change. A workflow in Make or n8n can then drop a headline, photo or number into the fill-in fields without touching the logo, colors or spacing. The result is automated social posts, reports and documents that look designed, because they use the same building blocks as your hand-made materials.

Will we own the logo and all source files?

Yes. Ownership terms are set in your agreement; our standard approach transfers the logo, identity and templates we create for you on final payment, along with editable source files in Figma, Adobe and your presentation tools. Licensed fonts and stock photography remain subject to their own licenses, and we document every license so your legal and procurement teams can review them.

Can you handle bilingual English and French materials?

Yes. We design layouts with room for French text, which usually runs longer than English. We prepare bilingual packaging and print files where Canadian labeling or Quebec language rules apply. Your translator or a partner we coordinate can handle the translation itself, and we handle the layout and the final check.

How do you keep a large group of decision-makers aligned?

We talk to the key people early, and we show creative directions on real formats rather than abstract mood boards. We get written sign-off at the end of each step. Enterprise clients can add a review with legal, compliance or regional teams before the identity is final, so late objections don't restart the project.
