Marketing Automation

Marketing automation services, from content to reporting

Your content, email and reports go out every week without extra hires. We find topics, AI writes drafts, your team approves them, and the system publishes. It all runs on STOREKEEPER, the platform we built and run ourselves, with our marketing leads keeping watch.

01The challenge

Where marketing automation services save your team time

Most marketing teams know what they should publish and send. The hard part is the weekly grind of making it, approving it and reporting on it. Marketing automation services take that grind off your calendar.

Content plans stall after a month

The content calendar starts strong. Then a launch or trade show takes over and the blog goes quiet for six weeks. Search traffic and email engagement drop with it.

Leads go cold between campaigns

People who download a guide or join a webinar hear nothing for weeks. By the time sales calls, they've forgotten you or picked another vendor.

Reports eat Monday morning

Someone copies GA4, Search Console and ad data into a spreadsheet every week. The numbers arrive late, the format keeps changing, and leaders still ask what it means.

By handWriting, scheduling and reporting done by hand every week.

02What you get

What you get with marketing automation

We set up, run and improve the whole marketing system. Your team approves everything that goes out under your brand.

Content pipelineBlog and social posts every week.
Content brings visitors, emails warm them up, scoring hands ready leads to sales, and the report closes the loop.

Automated content pipeline

Topics come from search data, competitor content and your sales team's questions. AI drafts them in your brand voice, a person approves, and the system publishes to WordPress and social.

  • Topic ideas and briefs
  • AI drafts that follow your voice rules
  • Approval before anything goes live

Follow-up emails with consent built in

Email series for new subscribers, guide downloads, webinar guests and quiet leads. Consent is tracked under CASL and CAN-SPAM, and unsubscribes are handled for you.

Lead scoring and handoff to sales

A scoring model based on fit and engagement flags leads ready for sales in your CRM and alerts the right rep. Marketing and sales finally agree on what a good lead is.

A weekly report, done for you

One weekly report pulls together GA4, Google Search Console and ad data. It comes with a short note on what changed and why it matters.

  • GA4 traffic and conversions
  • Search Console searches and rankings
  • Google and Meta ad spend and results

Social scheduling

Approved posts and reworked blog content go out on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other channels on a steady schedule.

03Why IN-STORE

Runs on STOREKEEPER, our own platform

Many agencies glue together other people's tools and hope nothing breaks. Our marketing automation runs on STOREKEEPER, a content platform IN-STORE built and runs for our own clients. Our marketing leads, with many years of hands-on work behind them, set the rules and keep an eye on every client's pipeline. When something needs to change, the people who built it make the change.

Your brand rules sit at the bottom. Every draft, approval and report is built on top of them.

One client workspace

Your team reviews drafts, approves content, sees what's scheduled and reads reports in one place. No more chasing links in email threads.

Your brand rules, set once

Brand voice, audiences, products, compliance notes and approval rules are collected once at onboarding. Every draft follows them.

Built and run by the same team

The people who built the platform make the changes. There's no ticket queue with a software vendor in between.

04Outcomes

What changes for your marketing team

Your marketers stop making every piece by hand. Instead, they direct and approve a system that makes them.

Posting that doesn't stop

Content keeps going out during launches, holidays and staff changes. That helps search traffic grow steadily.

Warmer leads for sales

People get useful follow-up between campaigns. Sales talks to people who already know what you offer.

Reports without the spreadsheet

Leaders get the same clear report every Monday. Your team spends that time acting on it instead.

More output without more hires

A small marketing team can keep up the output of a much bigger one. People focus on strategy, review and creative work.

05How it works

How we get you running

Onboarding follows fixed steps, so your first approved content and first weekly report arrive quickly.

ScopeGoals, tools and approvals confirmed.
Fine-tuning on the first round makes later drafts sound more like you.
  1. Scoping call

We look at your goals, tools, past content and how approvals work today. Then we agree which parts you need first.

  2. Brand onboarding

Your team fills in the STOREKEEPER onboarding form: voice, audiences, products, topics to avoid and who approves what.

  3. Connect your channels

We connect WordPress, social accounts, your email platform, CRM, GA4, Search Console and ad accounts with the right permissions.

  4. First round and fine-tuning

The first batch of drafts goes to your team for detailed feedback. Our marketing lead uses it to tune the instructions, tone and formats.

  5. A steady weekly rhythm

Content, emails and reports run on schedule. We review results and priorities with you every month.

06Use cases

How teams use it

The pieces fit together differently depending on how your company sells.

Professional services firms

A consultancy publishes weekly expert articles, reworks them for LinkedIn and keeps newsletter readers warm until they ask for a meeting.

STOREKEEPER sits between your channels, email platform, CRM and analytics.
08Security and compliance

Consent-first email under CASL and CAN-SPAM

Canada's anti-spam law requires a valid reason before you send commercial email. US law has its own rules on who's sending and how to opt out. Our email workflows are built to respect both, and this is practical guidance, not legal advice.

Consent recorded at the start

Forms record what the person agreed to, when and where. That record follows the contact into your email platform and CRM.

Clear sender and easy opt-out

Every message names your company, includes a mailing address and offers a one-click unsubscribe that syncs across all tools.

A person approves AI content

No AI-drafted article, post or email goes out until someone on your team approves it. That protects accuracy and your reputation.

IN-STORE is not SOC 2 audited; we document controls mapped to SOC 2 criteria for your vendor review.

Form sentVisitor shares details and picks what to receive.
Only contacts with recorded consent get follow-up emails, and opt-outs sync to every system.

FAQQuestions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Will AI-written content sound like our company?

That's what onboarding and fine-tuning are for. We collect your voice, audiences, products and topics to avoid. Then we tune the first round of drafts using your team's edits. Every piece still needs a person's approval, so nothing goes out that your team hasn't read and accepted. Most edits get lighter over time.

Do we have to move off HubSpot or our current email platform?

No. We connect STOREKEEPER to the tools you already use, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp and similar platforms. Your contacts, consent records and campaign history stay in your accounts. STOREKEEPER handles the content pipeline, approvals and reports, and passes data to your systems through their official connections.

Is automated email nurture compliant with CASL?

Our workflows are designed for it. Consent type, date and source are recorded when a contact signs up. Contacts without a valid reason stay out of commercial emails. Every message names the sender and has a working unsubscribe that syncs across tools. CASL is strict, so your lawyer should review the consent wording and policies before launch.

What does the weekly report include?

It combines GA4 traffic and conversions, Google Search Console searches and rankings, and spend and results from your ad platforms. It comes with a short plain-language note on what changed. We agree on the numbers during onboarding. The report arrives every week on its own, so leaders see the same view without anyone copying data.

Can you run marketing automation for several brands or locations?

Yes. STOREKEEPER supports separate brands, sites and approval rules in one account, and we already deliver white-label content for partner agencies. Each brand or location can have its own voice, calendar and report. Your central team still sees everything that's scheduled and published.
