Business automation services, from assessment to growth

IN-STORE is an automation and marketing agency in Toronto. We find the busywork that eats your team's week, automate it, and turn the time saved into growth. Software does the repetitive part. Experienced people set it up and own the result.

01How it works

How our automation and marketing agency works

Most companies buy automation in pieces: a chatbot here, a few scripts there, another agency for ads. The pieces don't talk to each other, and nobody owns the result. We do it as one plan in three steps, and each step pays for the next.

What we learn in the assessment shapes what we build. The time saved goes into growth.
  1. Assess: automation consulting

We sit with your teams and watch how work really moves. Then we rank every idea by effort and payoff. You get a plan and a return estimate your CFO can check line by line.

  2. Automate: ready-made solutions

We set up tools we have already built for leads, documents, tenders, marketing and phone calls. We connect them to your systems and your approval rules. Most go live in days, not months.

  3. Grow: marketing and digital

Once the routine work runs itself, your people and ours spend the time on what brings in customers. That means strategy, creative, SEO, ads, social, websites and apps.

Automate: ready-made solutions that fit your systems

These are tools we have already built and run, so we don't start from a blank page. We fit them to your systems and your rules instead. That's why setup takes days rather than months. It's also why most of them come as a simple monthly plan.

Every tool reads from and writes to the systems you already use.

Grow: marketing and digital with the routine automated

Growth stalls when skilled people spend their week on reports, resizing images and scheduling posts. We let software handle that part. Our strategists, designers and ad specialists then put their hours into ideas and decisions. Our marketing leads review the work before it goes out.

ReachSEO, search ads, Meta ads and AI answers put you in front of buyers.
Each step has a channel that leads it and a report behind it.
05Who it is for

Who we work with

We work with mid-market and enterprise companies in Canada and the United States, usually 50 to 1,000 employees. The people who call us often own a process that's too manual, a budget that has to show a return, or both.

COOs and VPs of Operations

You want fewer hand-offs and fewer mistakes. You want to grow without hiring at the same pace.

CFOs and controllers

You want a return estimate with clear assumptions, a payback date and an honest view of total cost before anything is signed.

VPs of Sales and CMOs

You want leads answered in minutes, a clean CRM and marketing that reports on sales, not just views.

IT directors and procurement

You want connections that respect your setup, written security practices and SOWs your review process can work with.

06Why IN-STORE

Why IN-STORE

You're not hiring a big agency that pitches with seniors and delivers with juniors. You're hiring a small, senior team. Between us we have many years of marketing, web and technology work behind us. We also build and run our own automation products every day, so we know what holds up.

TeamWho plans, builds and supports your work.
The difference is who does the work and what you can check.

Our STOREKEEPER content platform, AI voice agents and mobile apps run in our own business every day. You get methods we've already tested on ourselves.

PIPEDA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, PHIPA and HIPAA shape our designs from day one. Canadian data residency is available on request, subject to scoping.

Clear scope, plain language

Assessments and solutions come with a written scope and a list of what you get. You know what you're buying before work starts.

07Proof

Proof you can check on a call

We don't publish puffed-up percentages. We'd rather show you systems that are running in our own business today. On a call, we open them up and walk you through how they were built. You can ask the people who built them anything you like about how they work.

Client channelsWebsite, mobile apps, phone lines and partner portals.
The same setup that runs our business is the starting point for yours.

A content platform in production

STOREKEEPER handles client onboarding, an automated content pipeline and publishing to WordPress and social channels for active clients.

Our iOS client apps have passed App Store review and are available to download. The Android versions are in testing for Google Play.

08Why IN-STORE

People behind the automation

Automation does the repetitive part. People do the rest. Five senior people with many years of marketing, web and technology work run every project, from the first call to the weekly report. You always know who set things up, who keeps an eye on them and who to call.

Who sets it up

Our CTO, Artem Dryevov, designs and builds the workflows and connections. Alex Makarov, our CEO and founder, shapes the plan with your leadership team.

Who watches it

Andrew Liashok, our Client Service Director, checks results every week. A person reviews anything the system isn't sure about before it goes out.

Who you talk to

Rob Ott, our robot Chief Executor, answers any time and books you in with the right person. From there you get a named lead: Elnur Kasumov runs business development, and Volodymyr Kravchuk leads our marketing work.

09Case studies

Recent work, described by sector

Our case studies don't name clients. Many of them work in regulated or competitive markets, so we describe them by sector instead. Each story explains the problem, what we built and what changed. We're happy to walk you through the details, and the people who did the work, on a call.

FAQQuestions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Where should we start if we have never automated anything before?

Start with the Automation Readiness Assessment. Over 2 to 3 weeks we map your key processes, rank each idea by effort and payoff, and estimate the return. You come away with a 90-day plan and a clear first project. That way your first automation dollar goes where it pays back fastest, not where a sales demo looked best.

Do we have to buy all three stages from you?

No. Each stage stands on its own. Some clients take only the assessment and do the work in-house. Others come to us for one solution, like document processing or a voice agent, or just for paid ads. The stages work best together because what we learn carries over. But nothing forces you into a bundle you don't need.

How long does a typical automation project take?

Ready-made solutions usually go live in days because the core is already built and tested. The timing depends mostly on access to your systems, how many connections we need and how fast your team can check test results. Bigger enterprise programs start with a pilot, then roll out in stages agreed in the statement of work.

Will automation replace members of our team?

Our projects go after repetitive work: retyping data, sorting leads, chasing approvals and building reports. Most clients move that time to customers, sales or analysis rather than cutting jobs. We also build in a human check wherever judgment, compliance or customer relationships matter. Your people stay in charge of the decisions.

Which systems do you integrate with?

We regularly connect CRMs, ERPs, accounting software, e-signature tools, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, using Make, n8n and custom code. For AI we work with OpenAI models and ElevenLabs voice. If your system has an API, a database connection or even a clean export, we can usually connect it. We confirm this before any work starts.

How do you handle privacy and regulated data?

We design for PIPEDA and CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US, and PHIPA or HIPAA when health information is involved. That means people only see what their role needs, every action is logged, and a person reviews sensitive steps. Canadian data residency is available on request, subject to scoping. IN-STORE is not SOC 2 audited; we document controls mapped to SOC 2 criteria for your vendor review.
