Marketing & Digital

Digital marketing services with the routine automated

Our senior marketers spend their time on strategy, creative and where your budget goes. Software handles the reports, scheduling and lead hand-off. You get one partner for positioning, brand, web, apps, SEO, social and ads, judged by the sales it brings.

01Outcomes

Digital marketing services where people do strategy and creative

In most marketing teams, skilled people lose a big part of the week to reports, resizing, uploads and status updates. With our digital marketing services, that work runs on its own. Your budget pays for thinking and creative, not for copying numbers between dashboards.

Reports that build themselves

GA4, Search Console, ad platforms and CRM data in one weekly report. It lands in the right inboxes on its own.

Content on a pipeline

Topic ideas, drafting, approval and publishing run as one managed process. Your experts approve every piece before it goes live.

Leads that reach sales fast

Form fills, calls and campaign replies go straight to your CRM and the right rep, not a shared inbox.

Senior time on what matters

Strategists, designers and ad specialists spend their hours on positioning, testing creative and budget decisions.

02Services

Seven marketing and digital services

Use one service or put several together. Each page explains what's included, how we work and what you get. All seven are run by the same senior team. So your brand, website, content and ads pull in the same direction, and the numbers end up in one report.

PositionStrategy and brand decide who you target and what you say.
Every service has a job in the funnel, and the report ties them together.
03Why IN-STORE

Why one partner instead of five agencies

Split strategy, brand, web, SEO and ads across five vendors, and you get gaps nobody owns. With one partner you get one plan, one set of numbers and one team responsible for the result. That team has many years of marketing behind it. And you talk to the same senior people every week.

One strategy across channels

Positioning is decided once and carried through the website, content, social and ads. Buyers hear the same message everywhere.

Shared numbers, honest credit

Every channel reports into the same weekly view. Budget moves to what brings sales, not to what each vendor claims.

Marketing linked to sales

We also build sales and lead automation. So campaign replies reach your CRM and reps without anyone passing them along by hand.

Fewer contracts to manage

One agreement, one contact and one invoice, instead of juggling several agencies and their calendars.

04How it works

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps, whether you hire us for one channel or all seven services.

CheckA look at positioning, site, analytics and campaigns.
Each report feeds the next round of planning, so spending gets smarter over time.
  1. Check where you are

We look at your positioning, website, analytics, content and campaigns. We also talk to your sales team to learn what real buyers ask.

  2. Plan

A written plan with target groups, messages, channels, budget split and the numbers we'll report on.

  3. Build

Brand assets, website or app work, the content pipeline, tracking and the automatic reports that run from then on.

  4. Launch

Campaigns, content and pages go live with clear owners, approval steps and a schedule your team can see.

  5. Report and improve

Weekly reports arrive on their own. Each month our marketing lead meets you and moves budget and creative toward what brings sales.

05Why IN-STORE

People behind the automation

Software runs the reports and the schedules, while people run your marketing. Our team brings many years of marketing, design and web work, and a senior person reviews every campaign before it goes out. You always know who planned it, who checks it and who to call.

FAQQuestions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

What does it mean that the routine is automated?

It means tasks like pulling report data, scheduling posts, moving leads into your CRM and running content through drafting and approval happen through workflows we build, not by hand. You still get a senior strategist, designer and ad specialist. They just spend their time on decisions and creative instead of copy-and-paste work you'd otherwise pay for.

Can we hire you for one channel only?

Yes. Many clients start with one service, like SEO, paid ads or a new website, and add others later. Even a single channel comes with automatic reports and, where it makes sense, lead routing to your CRM. If we think another channel would work better for your goals, we'll tell you and explain why.

Do you advertise in AI search and ChatGPT answers?

Yes. More and more buyers research through AI assistants and AI search results. We cover both sides: organic visibility, by writing content AI tools can quote, and paid placements where ad formats exist. These formats are still changing, so we run them as measured tests next to Google and Meta, not as a replacement.

How do you report results?

You get a weekly report that combines GA4, Search Console, ad platforms and your CRM, plus a monthly review with your account lead. We report on agreed business numbers like real leads, cost per result and sales pipeline, not just views or clicks. You keep full access to every ad and analytics account.

What is Ad Accounts Setup & Management?

It is our standard ongoing management plan for paid advertising: we create and set up your ad accounts on Google, Meta and other platforms, run and tune the campaigns and send a monthly results report. It costs from $1,500 USD per month plus tax, and the first 30 days are free. You pay your ad spend directly to each platform.

Do you work with bilingual or French-language markets?

Yes. We often produce reports in two languages, and we plan campaigns and content for English and French audiences in Canada when your market needs it. We also plan around CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the US for email and lead capture. That keeps your campaigns within the rules on both sides of the border.
