Your card stays with Stripe
All card details are held by Stripe, our payment processor. They never touch our servers, and you never type a card number into IN-STORE itself. That is what keeps your payment data safe – and it is why the card is changed on a Stripe page rather than in the cabinet.
Replace the card in a minute
- Open Settings in the cabinet and expand "Payments & subscription" at the bottom of the page.
- Press "Manage billing". The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab.
- In the payment-method section add the new card and set it as the default for the subscription.
- Remove the old card if you no longer need it, then close the tab and return to the cabinet.
Never send a card number by email or inside a support ticket. Our team never asks for one.
Or update it at your next payment
When a new billing period begins, you can simply enter the new card on the Stripe Checkout page as you renew. The fresh card then becomes the one on file.
Avoid a gap in access
Check that your card has not expired before your period ends, so your access does not pause between periods while a payment is retried. The card currently on file is shown in the "Payment method" line of the same panel.
